Storm Dance Crew was offered the studio they requested, purchased but never paid for, selected entirely by them location etc.., and signed for. After refusing to pay even percentages of the full cost back on a monthly basis after breaching their intended JV contract.
Still declined for no valid reasons other than cost was high (they selected the costs) less than the cost of the materials, rent, and the fire licencing, and labour (only construction team, not anyone else) as the investor/designer had no personal or alternative clientel to have use for the facility they requested. Bearing no penalty to leave it entirely to them at less than the basic costs to build (less than only the labour cost of their basic construction team) and leave without any further presence as they also claimed personal relations excuses as their reasoning for law breaking.
Logical reasoning is that they could not operate the large facility they dreamed of nor could they support the costs they had overlooked when planning and purchising it on jv agreement with non investment capitol (apprx 300k) over 100k, their registered value, to be repaid on loan basis monthly to investor.. total costs and upkeep of the project from start to finish over the period of 12 months amounted to just under 1M rmb loss, they never paid 1rmb of, to their designer and agreed JV partner they breached and never gave compensation.
Documented and dated evidence was submitted for the legal case files. they even hired the labour, signed for water and electricity. yet never paid 1 rmb. the designer and financial lender was left to cover all expenses alone. since the intended jv never completed they are liable entirely for breach of contract, and in china, verbal is just the same as written. since they misplaced... the signed agreement made in their dong men studio.
They know it will cost 20,000 each month from the person who wishes their crime to be punished.
As a foreigner it will take 2 years. 24x20,000.00 (480k) just to get legal action. plus lawyer fees. They will do anything to discredit and stop law from punishing them and tarnishing their already questionable reputation with their teenage client base who they have falsely spread information to with a vengence..
